More Countries Confirm Eurovision 2015 Participation – The Picture Now

More countries confirm that they will be attending Eurovision 2015 today.

Well today we had updates from Belarus, Latvia and Poland. We also got national selection details from Germany.

That provisionally gives us 24 countries whom have said they will be in Vienna for 2015. The below list is what we have seen announced so far as an “intention to participate” at Eurovision 2015. Of course not until they have formally applied to the EBU can you take this as a definitive list.

 

So who have said publicly that they are going to Austria in 2015

Azerbaijan

Belarus

Belgium

Cyprus

Denmark

Estonia

Finland

France

FYR Macedonia

Germany

Hungary

Iceland

Ireland

Latvia

Malta

Netherlands

Norway

Portugal

Spain

Sweden

Switzerland

United Kingdom

 

 

Some other countries that we have had updates from are

 

Russia – They have advised that no decision has been made yet as to Eurovision 2015

Bulgaria – They have advised that they are seeking to partner with a production company to hopefully participate in Vienna

Turkey – As we had advised they will not be returning to Eurovision in 2015

Poland – Despite reports that they will be at Eurovision 2015 TVP have conformed to Eurovision Ireland that no decision has been made as of yet.
