The OGAE clubs have been busy little Riga Beavers, casting their votes on their favourite songs in the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest. We’ve already had votes from 31 and we’re beginning to see patterns in the voting. Three more have now cast their votes – Belgium, Ireland and France. With Amir from France leading at the moment, will their votes in particular make a difference?

Let’s look at the votes from 106 Belgians first:

6 – Spain

5 – Bulgaria

4 – Sweden

3 – Iceland

2 – Latvia

Votes for many of the leading scorers also get points here, including Frans from Sweden

Next we turn to the 50 sets of votes from good old Ireland. Who were the favourites here?

So how do things look now? Remember, if a country isn’t featured, they don’t yet have any points.

Amir from France is starting to pull away. Twenty-nine songs have votes, which means 13 are still yet to score.

These votes are from the clubs from Albania, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, and the Rest-of-the-World.

Still to vote are the clubs from Andorra, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Finland, Germany, Israel, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
