Eurovision Predictions 2013 – are coming in fast to the EurovisionIreland.net on-line voting. We have had over 16 thousand votes and no signs of it stopping anytime soon. The leaders keep changing on a daily basis, so here are the results as they stand so far.

Semi Final One – Tuesday May 14th

Anouk from The Netherlands was leading during the week but again Ryan Dolan from Ireland has caught her up and now takes first place in a very close Semi Final. Less than 4 % separates the Top 3 countries. Big movers include Montenegro, who have jumped up from 11th place to 7th and are now the leading Balkan Country while their neighbours Croatia have fallen to last place in the Semi Final.

2. The Netherlands – 10%
3. Denmark – 9%
4. Russia – 8%
5. Austria – 8%

Semi Final 2 – Thursday May 16th

This is by far the hardest fought Semi Final as the lead changes on an hourly basis. The other day we had Greece taking the lead but they have been caught and overtaken by Cezar from Romania who jumps back up from 4th place to first. Also Valentina Monetta from San Marino has jumped up to 3rd place and one of the Contest favorites – Margaret Berger – has fallen to fourth. Latvia had been in last place since the polls were opened but now have jumped up 1 place. However what is very interesting is that from 8th place downwards there is very little separating the countries and the last 3 qualifying places in this semi final are very hard to predict.

The Big 6

What a difference a day makes. Where do we begin? Well it was a battle between The United Kingdom and Germany but now we have a new leader – Spain has jumped to first place with 30% of the vote. This is not the only surprise as France has gone from having 1% to now having 18% of the votes and challenging Cascada for third place. It is however not good news for the Host Country Sweden as they drop to last place with only 5% of the votes. So Spain are our new leaders!
