Our Eurovision winning Diva has done it. Her solo follow-up to ‘Rise Like A Phoenix’ is released.
‘Heroes’ will be part of Conchita’s ‘Crazy Horse’ routine in Paris for the next week but we have a clip of if here.
The song is a mid-tempo ballad that has a wonderful undertone of R-n-B to it.
Certainly different to her Eurovision winning song but equally as interesting and a glimpse into what to expect from Conchita’s new album in 2015.
What do you think of ‘Heroes’?
This for me is contemporary, modern and certainly a song that if it came from someone like Katy Perry or Ellie Goulding people would be raving about it . Radio friendly and easy tom listen to this will certainly put all those doubters to rest no matter what its chart position.
I like to think that the song is about the passing on of good deeds and that we all have the potential to be ‘Heroes’.
Bravo Conchita

Conchita may not be able to write her own songs, but she has a talent for picking out the ones suiting her best. As with her other three singles (and the one for charity “My Lights”), the lyrics of this one are really empowering.
Bought “Heroes” this morning. Hearing it the first time, I didn’t like it that much. But that was the same with all of Conchita’s songs. For some reason I have to hear them more than once. On the third play-through I fell in love with it. And I know, I won’t get enough of it, ever.
