The duo called “Musiqq” represented Latvia at Eurovision 2011 with the highly underrated song “Angel in Disguise”. The duo is back with the great dance song “Trakas Atminas” or “Crazy Memory”

We hope that they are not referring to their time at Eurovision with their new song. This is a strong pop song with a killer hook to it – very reminiscent of songs from DJ’s like Paul Oakenfold or David Morales.

The duo are made up of Marats Ogļezņevs (rapper and musician) and Emīls Balceris (lead singer and musician). Emils’ vocals on “Trakas Atminas” are raspy and strong, which adds to the sound of the song.

The duo should have qualified for the final of Eurovision with their song “Angel in Disguise” – which I still like to revisit regularly.
