Finnish Eurovision finalist 2013 – Krista Siegfrids – officially launches her new album “Ding Dong” in Helsinki this Saturday June 8th. The official launch will take place in Helsinki’s “Apollo Theater”. She is currently running a competition for 2 of her fans to have full access to the show. So far many people will be seeing Krista as a fluffy pop singer but there is more depth to her album, that will probably annoy those people who disliked her Bridesmaid kiss at Eurovision – You know who you are. Here’s another one of her songs “Can You See Me” from her  album “Ding Dong”

In her own words This song is really important to me. I wrote it to my father who passed away when I was 15. I still miss him very much. I can never get over the fact that he died too early, but I can learn to live with the sorrow. I have beautiful memories and I’m happy for the time we had together. He was a great man, he deserves many beautiful songs.”

Add this to “Marry Me” and “Amen” and we are getting interested in her album “Ding Dong”. One thing you can say is that she does not sit on the fence of mediocrity. One of the more accessible artists from this year’s contest – for those young at heart.
