🇱🇹 #JESC26: Lithuania Will Not Return In Ta’ Qali

LRT, the Lithuanian national broadcaster, have confirmed their continued non-participation at the 2026 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Ta’ Qali.

LRT participated a total of four times at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, between 2007 and 2011 – only missing 2009. LRT returned to broadcasting the Contest in 2023 and 2024, in a hope for a return last year – however due to ratings this never materialised. Jolanta Misienė, Contact Centre Specialist with LRT, had the following to say to Eurovoix:

Let us know what you think about the Lithuania and the 2026 Junior Eurovision Song Contest – either in the comments below or on our FACEBOOKBLUESKYTWITTERYOUTUBEINSTAGRAM and TIKTOK pages.
