SWITZERLAND: Rykka will represent Switzerland at Eurovision 2016 – How do you rate her chances?
If you were following our LIVE BLOG you will know that Rykka was the winner of ‘Die Entscheidungsshow’ in Switzerland tonight and has won the ticket to Stockholm in May. A joined jury/televote decided that Rykka with the song ‘The Last of Our Kind‘ would be the one to try to get Switzerland back into the Eurovision final after failure to get there last year in 2015.

Gorgeous girl, I like the simple staging. Nice song but pitching issues. Keep the vocal soft and avoid yelling.
It’s an unusual song and that can be good. Keeping it simple and when Switzerland last won it was with a Canadian singer too. Twilight Zone Moment
I hope that this gets Switzerland to the Final – it’s totally different to anything else this year and Rykka has given us different performances in the Audition process and NF. I’m already looking forward to what she does in Stockholm…
