If you are looking for a group of individuals that embody the #BuildingBridges sentiment of Eurovision 2015 then take a look at children from Volksschule Strasshof.

This is the legacy of Conchita’s win at Eurovision and what it should be measured in.

They are a class of 22 children. 9 girls and 13 boys. They come from 12 different countries and speak 11 different languages.

“What unites us is joy, fun and love. Love of music. Conchita Wurst and the Song Contest have inspired us to make our own multi-language video. Builds bridges wherever you are! We believe in a future of peace and tolerance!”.

I know that this for many people – including Conchita – is the real prize for winning Eurovision 2015. Focus in what brings us together and celebrate what makes us unique.
