Exclusive : Serbia ask Tijana Dapcevic for potential Eurovision entry. Yes Eurovision Ireland were only too happy to attend Skopje Fest in Macedonia last week and let us tell you that we fell in love with Skopje, Macedonia and the people there. Put Skopje on your places to visit! Yes do it NOW!

MRT were extremely welcoming to the team at Eurovision Ireland when we attended their Eurovision 2015 selection contest and gave us full access backstage where we met up with the one and only Tijana Dapcevic who represented Macedonia at Eurovision this year with the song ‘To The Sky’ that we were a huge fan of.

Tijana was as always a joy to interview and she gave us 2 exclusives. She confirmed to Eurovision Ireland that Serbian TV have been in contact with her to measure her interest in representing Serbia at Eurovision. Look at the video to see what Tijana said.

Secondly we are very happy to report that in 2015 Tijana will be releasing 2 singles and a new album and will be staring in a One Woman Show of her own – serious props to our #BBM.

Tijana’s sister Tamara (whom has represented Macedonia at Eurovision before) was in Skopje Fest and came a very close second place.

The winner of Skopje Fest and therefore the Macedonia Representative at Eurovision 2015 will be Daniel Kajmacoski with his song ‘Esenski Lisja/Autumn Leaves’. Stay tuned for our exclusive interview with Daniel.

As we said remember to put Skopje on your places to visit. We will be back there again.

Thank you to Aleksandra and Mary from MRT for their hospitality and also our new camera man here at Eurovision Ireland – James Scanlon. Didn’t he do well!

Stay tuned for our exclusive interviews with Karolina Goceva (2002, 2007), Kaliopi (2012) and of course Daniel (2015).
