MACEDONIA – Eurovision 2013 singer Lozano gets fruity with his new song and video for ‘Mandarina’. I don’t think I have seen so many juicy bits since I drank a gallon of orange juice!

With a video that challenges the attributes of Sabrina’s ‘Boys Boys Boys’ form the 1980’s (that video now comes with a warning on YouTube these days – seriously!) – Lozano is celebrating all citrus fruit in the video for his new song ‘Mandarina’.

I am partial myself to a mandarin or two at Christmas but who knew this versatile fruit could be a summer favourite too? This has the feel of Avicii’s ‘Wake me Up’ with that guitar/pop/dance vibe going on and has come as a very pleasant surprise.

Looking like butter wouldn’t melt in his mouth, Lozano knows how to spoil the ladies in his private swimming pool. I myself have to make do with a paddling blow up pool in my back garden – I am in the wrong business!
Esma & Lozano represented Macedonia at Eurovision 2013 with the song ‘Pred Da Se Razdeni’. Unfortunately they did not qualify for the grand final but as they said you can’t hold a good man down!

I still maintain that if Esma and Lozano had stuck with their originally selected song ‘Imperija‘  they would have sailed into the grand final and been Top 5. Ah what could have been!

Might we see Lozano back at Eurovision and in ‘Skopje fest‘ this November? That would be most enjoyable!

Until then get your mouth around a ‘Mandarina’ or two!

Points of out of 12 – Lozano’s ‘Mandarina’ gets a juicy 10 points!
