
AMPTV, the Armenian national broadcaster, have confirmed participation at the 2026 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Ta’ Qali.
AMPTV have launched their search for the Armenian representative, with applications open now online HERE, until Wednesday 30th June. Following the application period, the successful applicants will be invited to auditions that will be held in Yerevan between Friday 3rd July and Sunday 12th July, where the winner be chosen by a jury. The rules of the internal selection are:
- Citizens or residents of Armenia born between October 25th 2011 and October 24th 2017 can participate.
- Individual singers, duets or groups up to six singers can apply together.
- A singer can only be part of one application. They cannot apply as a soloist and another group.
- At the auditions stage, singers must perform covers of two well known songs of their choice.
