The EBU, the European Broadcasting Union, have confirmed Russia’s participation fate, at the Eurovision Song Contest.
Gert Kark, the Executive Producer of the Eurovision Song Contest, spoke to the Estonian radio programme Vikerhommik and had the following to say:
“Russian broadcasting is not a member of the EBU or they have been expelled by the EBU. So the answer is definitely no, of course they will not come back”.
