Today Danish broadcaster DR has announced that the eight songs that will be competing in this year’s Dansk Melodi Grand Prix will be revealed on 19th January .These songs have been chosen by a preselection jury following the submission of songs to DR.

This year, DR have opted for Næstved on the Danish island of Sjælland as the host city for the Melodi Grand Prix , at the Arena Næstved.The show will take place on 11th February, hosts will be Tina Muller, who has hosted the last two editions of DMGP and Heino Hansen.

Last Year,all girl group REDDI won the 2022 edition with their song The Show . Unfortunately, they didn’t make it out of their semi final ,coming 13th in Semi Final 1.
