
Last week, Danish broadcaster DR , announced the opening of song submissions for Danish Melodi Grand Prix, 2023 and the regulations . Today we have heard that the date and venue for the show have been announced by DR. This time, they have chosen to go further south of the country and have chosen the town of Næstved as host venue at Arena Næstved.The show will take place on 11th February 2023.It is the first time that Næstved will play host to the competition .
Last year, the contest was won by the group Reddi , with their song “The show”, unfortunately, they failed to make it out of the semi final. Let’s see if Denmark can see a reverse in fortunes in 2023 , having not qualified for the final since 2019.
