Eurovision Predictions : You vote for Milki to win the National Final in Belarus for Eurovision 2015 tonight.
In our poll with over 6 thousand votes Europe had the following Top 3
1st – Milki – ‘Accent’
2nd – Yana Butskevich & Muzzart – ‘Tolk Tantsui (Just Dance)’
3rd – Gunesh – ‘I Believe in a Miracle’
Both Milki & Yana Butskevich & Muzzart bring 2 great pop/ethnic songs to the contest. Instant up-tempo numbers that are easily remembered. However could they both cancel themselves out?
3 worthy potential winners however we think that there are 3 additional acts that you should keep a close eye on for the final.
Rostany – ‘Electric Toys’
Aleksey Gross – ‘Stand as One’
Tasha ODI – ‘Giving Up Your Love’
Rostany take their electro/pop/rock music to the stage and would be unique on a Eurovision stage. Their song ‘Electric Toys’ is contemporary and would sit well with both Juries and the Public given the right staging. They are one to watch.
Aleksey Gross is no stranger to the Belarus Eurovision selection process. He is back with a very current and radio friendly song ‘Stand as One’. Think of the Belarussian answer to Dima Bilan and you have Aleksey. He will be popular with the Belarus public for sure.
Tasha ODI has really brought her song ‘Giving Up Your Love’ to life from the videos of her first dress rehearsal. This is a pop song presented in a slick well polished manner. Juries may indeed like this in Belarus and one to watch.
Will Milki bring winner Alexander Rybak back to Eurovision? Will Milki and Muzzart cancel each other out when it comes to the Ethno/Pop vote? Is Belarus ready to send a contemporary act like Rostany to Eurovision? Let us know.
