Romania scored a massive love bite when Cezar got his teeth into us at Eurovision 2013 with one of my favourite songs that year ‘It’s My Life’. He followed that up with the haunting single ‘Painful Love’ and now we have his new album ‘The Voice of Love’.

Well what can you expect on this album? A bit of everything from Opera to Pop to Rock this has something for everyone. The album has 12 tracks on it and includes some well-known English-speaking cover versions from Queen’s ‘Who wants to Live Forever’ to Nat King Cole’s ‘When I Fall in Love’ to Josh Groban’s ‘You Raise Me Up’ along with original material.

According to the opera magazine “Das Opernglas”, Cezar is one of the foremost exponents of the countertenor voice of his generation and “The Voice of Love” is an amazing example of his operatic abilities.

We have fallen in love with the song ‘Amore’ which is a disco/opera song that reminds me of Eurovision in Malmo.

You can download Cezar’s album ‘The Voice Of Love’ on iTunes. I did and it is everything that I hoped and expected. Certainly not your average album which is a good thing in my books!

Welcome back Cezar – We missed you!
