France will be selecting their entry for Eurovision 2014 beginning on January 26th 2014. As we had advised you recently, France 3 and France Bleu will be involved in the selection process along with French Eurovision Singer (2001) Natasha St. Pier’s television show “Chansons D’Aboard”.
The 3 internally Jury selected Artists/songs will be premiered on January 26th on the show “Chansons D’Aboard” and the songs will be played on France Bleu and France 3 for the following 4 weeks. During this period the French Public will vote for their favourite song and public voting will close on February 23rd. The winner will be decided by a 50/50 Jury and Public Vote and will be announced on Natasha’s show on March 2nd.
Natasha St. Pier will be attending Eurovision in Copenhagen where she will be commentating on the event and no doubt imparting her experiences on the lucky French Representative.
Natasha represented France at Eurovision in Copenhagen herself in 2001 where she finished 4th in the contest.
