The BBC have released the results of the UK jury vote in the Semi Final and Grand Final of Eurovision 2013.

One can assume from the jury vote is that Ireland won the public vote in the Grand Final yet with a ranking of 22nd from the Jury brought them down to just 1 point from the UK.
