Garrett’s View

Cascada have taken to the stage at Eurovision. One word #FAB. Camp and delicious from the glittered dress, high heels, purple backdrop and a giant stair case – what more could you ask for from Eurovision. Nathalie is still only performing at 50% of her ability and is still running over the competition. She is having fun on the stage and has taken her shoes off following her second performance.

Walking down the giant staircase with attitude and “working” the catwalk into the audience “girlfriend” – this has been getting huge cheers of applause in the press hall. Final dress rehearsal saw pyros and huge strobe lighting. Watch out Europe – Germany could be invading the European Votes again – Anyone for a trip to Deutschland again?

Andrew’s view

One of my favourite songs of the year, easy to listen to and easy to dance to. Cascada take to the Eurovision stage oozing with confidence. Each run through Natalie does it just gets better and better. She moved from 50% to about 75% capacity but it’s still great. The last run through see’s some extra strobe lighting which is fabola and then a gushing pyro waterfall while she has strutted to the satellite stage where she finishes the performance. This stands an excellent chance of winning this year and as long as they choose Berlin, Munich or Cologne it will bring Keith Mills from All Kinds of Everything back into the frame for next year. Germany what power you may process.
