Eurovision Ireland’s on-line poll closed at midnight and we have the results from the pubic. These we will add to the results from our 6 Juries from Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Belgium, The Netherlands and Malta. So who managed to win the public over?
We are replicating the 50/50 Jury and Public Vote at Eurovision
The Jury Vote was as follows
1st – Heartbreak Hotel – YOHIO – 55 Points
2nd – Bed on Fire – Ralf Gyllenhammar – 42 Points
9th – Falling – State of Drama – 4.01% – 12 Points
8th – Only the Dead Fish Follow the Stream – Louise Hoffsten – 4.35% – 18 Points
7th – Begging – Anton Ewald – 10.03% – 24 Points
6th – Copacabanana – Sean Banan – 11.37% – 30 Points
4th = Skyline – David Lindgren = 11.71% – 42 Points**
4th = You – Robin Stjernberg = 11.71% – 42 Points**
3rd – Bed on Fire – Ralf Gyllenhammar – 12.04% – 48 Points

** Both “Skyline” and “You” remarkably received the same number of on-line votes hence we have awarded them both 4th place points and therefore no 5th place points in the poll.

So there you have it. Both our on-line poll and Jury believe that YOHIO with the song “Heartbreak Hotel” will be the winner of Melodifestivalen 2013 and represent Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest in Malmo.
