SBS, the Australian national broadcaster, have confirmed non-participation, at the 2027 Junior Eurovision Song Contest.

According to SBS, they have no plans to send a representative to the 2027 Junior Eurovision Song Contest. SBS last sent a representative in 2017 – however it is currently unknown whether or not ABC will return, following participation in 2018 and 2019.
