Ahead of the 2026 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Ta’ Qali, we our taking a look at the best entries from participating countries – past and present.

Russia participated at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest on seventeen occasions, between 2005 and 2021. Russia’s best participation came in 2006 and 2017. In 2006, when Tolmachevy Sisters finished in 1st place, after performing “Vesenniy jazz”, with 154 points.

In 2017, when Polina Bogusevich finished in 1st place, after performing “Wings”, with 188 points.
