
For our Summer 2026 feature series, we are celebrating 25 years of Melodifestivalen on tour. We will take a look at the songs that have progressed direct to the final over the past two and a half decades. Today we are looking at the songs that have progressed from Norrköping.
2002 – Heat Two
The second heat of 2002 took place at the Himmelstalundshallen, in Norrköping. Afro-dite took first place (145,516 votes), with “Never Let It Go”, while Javiera Muñoz took second place (56,938 votes), with “No hay nada más”.
2016 – Heat Three
The third heat of 2016 took place at the Himmelstalundshallen, in Norrköping. Lisa Ajax took first place (948,878 votes), with “My Heart Wants Me Dead”, while Oscar Zia took second place (870,452 votes), with “Human”.
