🏳️‍🌈 #PRIDE26: June 3rd – Lion Ceccah

It’s June and it’s Pride month. Here at Eurovision Ireland, we are going to highlight some of the LGBTQ+ artists to have participated in the Eurovision Song Contest.

For June 3rd, we are continuing with Lion Ceccah. They represented Lithuania with “Sólo quiero más”, taking 22nd place with 22 points. Lion Ceccah is Queer. You can watch their performance of “Sólo quiero más” below:

Queer is a term used by those wanting to reject specific labels of romantic orientation, sexual orientation and/or gender identity. It can also be a way of rejecting the perceived norms of the LGBT community (racism, sizeism, ableism etc).

Let us know what you think about Lithuania and the 2026 Eurovision Song Contest – either in the comments below or on our FACEBOOKBLUESKYTWITTERYOUTUBEINSTAGRAM and TIKTOK pages.

The Eurovision Community, which Eurovision Ireland are a part of, celebrates diversity through music. Please keep your comments respectful. We will not tolerate racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, body-shaming or any other derogatory or hostile language.
