
AMPTV, the Armenian national broadcaster, have revealed further details about the 2026 Eurovision Young Musicians, in Yerevan.
A press conference was held in Yerevan yesterday, discussing the 2026 Eurovision Young Musicians. Present at the press conference were Education, Science, Culture and Sports Minister Zhanna Andreasyan and Public TV Company Executive Director Hovhannes Movsisyan.
The Armenian Government have allocated 750 million drams (€1,744,000) to support AMPTV in hosting the competition. As well as been held inside the Yerevan Opera Theatre, Hovhannes Movsisyan explained that a section of the show is planned to take place on the roof.
A four member jury will choose the winner of the 2026 Eurovision Young Musicians. The four member jury consists of:
- Eduard Belmar – Flutist
- Narek Hakhnazaryan – Cellist
- Julien Salemkour – Conductor
- Roman Simović – Conductor of the London Symphony Orchestra
The 2026 Eurovision Young Musicians will take place on Saturday 6th June, from the Yerevan Opera Theatre. The time of broadcast has yet to be revealed.
