ORF, the Austrian national broadcaster, have named the green room host, ahead of the 2026 Eurovision Song Contest, in Vienna.
FOLLOWING the announcement of the main hosts back in January, ORF have now revealed the green room host. The role has been awarded to Emily Busvine, a radio presenter on FM4. On hearing the news, Emily had the following to say:
“It feels like it was just yesterday that we announced and interviewed Victoria and Michael (this year’s main hosts) on the Morning Show, so getting that call was a surprise, to say the least.
I’m trying not to think about it too much, honestly. It’s one thing to stand in a radio studio with a microphone and to know, in an abstract sense, that people are listening to you, but to be on live TV is a wholly different endeavour. I just want to make sure that everyone feels comfortable and has a good time.”
