
ORF, the Austrian national broadcaster, have confirmed participation at the 2024 Eurovision Young Musicians, in Bodø.
Austria have taken part in every Contest, with the exception of 2018. ORF have hosted the Contest a record six times – in 1990, 1998, 2006, 2008, 2010 and 2012. Austria have also won the Contest a record five times – in 1988, 1998, 2002, 2004 and 2014. ORF have yet to reveal how they will select the Austrian representative.
Austria are the ninth country to confirm participation following Armenia, Belgium, Czechia, France, Germany, Norway (host country), Slovenia and Sweden. One more country can participate in the 2024 Contest, according to the rules.
