Earlier TODAY, we revealed Russia’s alternative for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest – ‘Our Generation’.

Now, we can reveal the main rules for ‘Our Generation’, they are:

• Singers must be aged between 9 and 15 years old at the final of the final
• No more than six people may compete in a group
• The competing song must be written by the participant or the participant must be actively involved in its creation
• Songs must last between 2 minutes 50 and 3 minutes long
• Songs will be 60% in that singers language and 40% in one of eight languages (English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Arabic, Russian, Portuguese or German)
• The winner will be determined by 50% jury voting and 50% public voting
