#RUSSIA: EBU issues a statement
In view of the ongoing situation in Ukraine, the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) has issued a statement on Russia’s participating in the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest in Turin in May. In short, Russia won’t be there.
The full statement is here:

This is not a statement removing Russia’s member broadcasters Channel 1 Russia (C1R), All-Russia State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company (VGTRK) or Radio Dom Ostankino (RDO) from the EBU, so there is still a door open to a future rapprochement.
Has the EBU made the right decision? Should the organisation go further? Tell us what you think.
