
It has been announced by the Armenian Prime Minister, Nikol Pashinyan, during the Cabinet meeting on Thursday 17th February, that Yerevan has been chosen as the host city for the 2022 Junior Eurovision Song Contest.
Furthermore, it was announced that the Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concerts Complex, will host the Contest once again, just like they did in 2011 when the Contest was last held in Yerevan.
It is important to remind everyone that this news has yet to be formally announced by the European Broadcasting Union. Stay with us here at Eurovision Ireland as details surrounding the 2022 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Armenia, start to materialise.
