
On the lead up to the 2021 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, which is been held in Paris, we are looking back at all the countries to have participated in the Contest and their histories – past and present. Today we continue with San Marino’s story.
San Marino debuted at the 2013 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Kyiv, Ukraine. Michele Perniola participated with “O-o-O Sole intorno a me”, finishing in 10th place (their best position) and 42 points.
The Peppermints represented San Marino at the 2014 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Marsa, Malta. They participated with “Breaking My Heart”, finishing in 15th place and 21 points.
Kamilla Ismailova represented San Marino at the 2015 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Sofia, Bulgaria – their final participation to date. She participated with “Mirror”, finishing in 14th place and 36 points.
