
On the lead up to the 2021 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, which is been held in Paris, we are looking back at all the countries to have participated in the Contest and their histories – past and present. Today we are continuing with Romania’s story.
4Kids represented Romania at the 2007 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. They participated with “Sha-la-la”, finishing in 10th place and 54 points.
Mădălina Lefter & Andrada Popa represented Romania at the 2008 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Limassol, Cyprus. They participated with “Salvați planeta!”, finishing in 9th place and 58 points.
Ioana Bianca Anuța represented Romania at the 2009 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Kyiv, Ukraine – their final participation to date. She participated with “Ai puterea în mâna ta”, finishing in 13th and place, with 19 points.
