
ERR, the Estonian national broadcaster, has revealed that they received 202 submissions for Eesti Laul 2022. Seven of Estonia’s past Eurovision Song Contest acts have submitted songs, but their names have not been revealed.
Out of the 202 submissions, 84 are in the native Estonian language. Other submissions are in English, French, Imaginary, Italian and Spanish. A 50% split of Estonian songs and 50% other language songs will be chosen for the Quarter Finals – these will be announced no later than Wednesday 27th October.
