#ESC20: Europe Will “Shine A Light” This May 16th

On Saturday 16th May 2020, the EBU will show “Eurovision: Shine A Light”, in replacement for the cancelled 65th Eurovision Song Contest. It’ll be organised by AVROTROS, NOS and NPO – the Dutch broadcasters that were suppose to be responsible for this year’s Eurovision Song Contest.

A Eurovision Song Contest classic will be performed by the selected 41 participants for this year’s cancelled Contest – all from their original locations. Past participants will also link together around Europe, to perform other classics.

The show will be hosted by Chantal Janzen, Edsilia Rombley and Jan Smit, while NikkeTutorials will provide online content. It is hoped that all 41 participating countries supposed to take part this year, will broadcast the show.
