It’s time to catch up with the goings on from yesterday and today, just as the first semi final is kicking off. Yesterday was more of a relaxation day before we came to the arena for the jury semi final rehearsal, where 50% of tonight’s results will have been decided.

Today, a group of sixteen of us went on a Food Tour around southern Tel Aviv – sampling cuisines from Turkey, Yemen, Iraq and Persia. Thanks must go to our friend at Eurovision Apocalypse for organising it!

It’s Day 11 and we have now just started the first semi final broadcast. Which ten countries will qualify? Not one person can decide on the same ten! Enjoy the show tonight and our very own John Stanton will be here with a Live Blog tomorrow night for the Jury Semi Final 2 rehearsal. That’s after we’ve all got back from Jerusalem.
