#MACEDONIA : Jana Burcheska premiered her Eurovision entry “Dance Alone”

Macedonian entry for Eurovision Song Contest 2017, song titled “Dance Alone” is original work written and produced by Joacim Perrson, Alex Omar, Florence A. and Bobi-Leon Milanov.

They belong to the group SYMPHONIX INTERNATIONAL, which is a well-known trademark brand, consist of composers, songwriters and music producers.

Together or separately, they signed lot of successful Eurovision songs in the past years and toped the charts with some of the world’s most famous music artists. They have worked on many projects for platinum-selling artists such as Kelly Clarkson, John Legend Kylie Minogue, Lady Gaga, Jonas Brothers, Tokio Hotel, Mary J. Blige, Willow Smith, Iyaz, Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, Armin Van Buren, Charice, Ashley Tisdale,Conchita Wurst,Alexandra Stan,Lariss,Alex Vargas, Robyn and Jamiroquai.

”We have received more than 200 songs among which great number of impressive music works. Yet, “Dance Alone” was stuck on our mind from the very beginning, since we have started the open call in November 2016. We felt it was the right song for Jana, expressing her emotions and temperament in the right way” – Meri Popova, HoD of Macedonia.

The video story for “Dance Alone” was developed and directed by Sergey Zhelezko, a young and talented Russian director currently working for ”Nu Boyana Film Studios” in Sofia.

“It is very easy to work when the music is great and inspires you. Jana is amazing artist and we tried to make this video as animated as possible, so each time you see it, you will get the impression of watching a short movie” – said Sergey.

During the tonight promotional show Macedonian team announced that they will work with Ambra Succi, as choreographer and artistic director of Jana’s stage performance.

Thanks to her background and experience, she has managed to create dance contacts worldwide and develop a brand new dance scene.

In her fruitful career Ambra has been featured in numerous television shows including the Eurovision Song Contest as a choreographer for Poli Genova 2016 and the winning song in 2012, Euphoria performed by Loreen.

During the show Jana announced that she will promote her song on the biggest Eurovision promotional events in London, Tel Aviv and Amsterdam and can’t wait to finally share live “Dance Alone” with Eurovision fans and press.
