This is probably going to be one of the briefest Letters From Estonia because I’ve spent my day at Saku Suurhall – yes it has been Eesti Laul rehearsals day. Without going on about it too much, you can catch up with the earlier activity HERE.
Today was also about catching up with friends from within the Eurovision Community. While I was at Saku Suurhall, I caught up with Lisa, Ellie (both ESC Insight), Emily, Martin and Simon (OGAE). To see some familiar faces was so nice as we rarely see each other outside of a Eurovision event.
After I left Saku Suurhall and getting over some confusion in our locations, I caught up with John (ESC Insight) after not seeing him since Vienna (22 months ago). We visited the Old Town here in Tallinn and had a good old catch up over a Cheese & Bacon Burger!
Not only does tomorrow culminate in the Eesti Laul final – the true reason for been here in Tallinn, but my exploration of Tallinn can truly begin. Learn more about these explorations, as well as some reaction from the Eesti Laul final in tomorrow’s Letters From Estonia.
