Luxembourg may not have been seen on a Eurovision stage since 1993 but they are certainly not forgotten. How could you forget a country that has won the contest 5 times! So we hope that the OGAE Luxembourg Fans have not forgotten on how to vote for songs at Eurovision – no 9 or 11 points guys!
