RTP, the Portuguese national broadcaster, have revealed their broadcast plans, for the 2026 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Ta’ Qali.

RTP2 will be broadcasting the Junior Eurovision Song Contest for the first time. Previous Contests have been broadcast on RTP1. RTP2 usually broadcasts the EBU’s cultural Contests. Eurovision Young Musicians 2026 was broadcast on the channel, as well as the final edition of Eurovision Young Dancers in 2017.
