For our Summer 2026 feature series, we are celebrating 25 years of Melodifestivalen on tour. We will take a look at the songs that have progressed direct to the final over the past two and a half decades. Today we are looking at the songs that have progressed from Stockholm.

2021 – Heat Four

The fourth heat of 2021 took place at the Annexet, in Stockholm. The Mamas took first place (94 points), with “In the Middle”, while Eric Saade took second place (72 points), with “Every Minute”.

2022 – Heat One

The first heat of 2022 took place at the Avicii Arena, in Stockholm. Cornelia Jakobs took first place (57,790 votes) and qualified after the first round of voting, with “Hold Me Closer”, while Robin Bengtsson took second place (12,743 votes) after the second round of voting, with “Innocent Love”.

2022 – Heat Two

The second heat of 2022 took place at the Avicii Arena, in Stockholm. Liamoo took first place (1,251,962 votes) and qualified after the first round of voting, with “Bluffin”, while John Lundvik took second place (92 points) after the second round of voting, with “Änglavakt”.
