RTP, the Portuguese national broadcaster, have confirmed participation, at the 2027 Eurovision Young Musicians, in Liepāja.

The confirmation of participation was given on the first day of the Festival Young Musicians 2026, held at the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation in Lisbon. The winners of the Prémio Jovens Músicos were invited on stage, where they received awards and scholarships. The finalists of Prémio Jovens Músicos 2026 will take the stage of the Grand Auditorium once again during the Concert of the Laureate Soloists – where one of the finalists will be given the opportunity to represent Portugal at 2027 Eurovision Young Musicians 2027, in Liepāja.
