Earlier today, PBS, the Maltese national broadcaster and the EBU, the European Broadcasting Union, have revealed the hosts, for the 2026 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Ta’ Qali.

The evening will be hosted by popular presenter Keane Cutajar alongside the nation’s two historic Junior Eurovision winners, Gaia Cauchi and Destiny.

Junior Eurovision Song Contest fans will remember when Gaia Cauchi achieved Malta’s first-ever Junior Eurovision victory in 2013. Just two years later, Destiny became the nation’s second champion and would go on to represent Malta at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2021. Now, the pair of champions return to the Contest that launched their international careers.

They will be joined by Keane Cutajar, whose on-screen chemistry with the duo has already been proven; the trio hosted the country’s pre-selection for Vienna 2026, Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2026, earlier in the year.
