
TRM, the Moldovan national broadcaster, have announced participation at the 2027 Eurovision Song Contest, in Burgas, will be decided by a new appointment.
FOLLOWING the resignation of Vlad Turcanu, as TRM’s Director General after the 2026 Eurovision Song Contest, in Vienna, it has been revealed that the new Director General will decide Moldova’s participation at the 2027 Eurovision Song Contest, in Burgas. The role of Director General has been shortlisted to four candidates – Dorin Scobioală, Ecaterina Cheptănaru, Sergiu Sandulescu and Andrei Zapșa. The successful candidate will be announced no later than the end of September.
