🇮🇪 #JESC26: Junior Eurovision Éire 2026 To Commence On September 13th

TG4 the Irish national broadcaster, have announced when Junior Eurovision Éire will commence – their national selection for the 2026 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Ta’ Qali.

TG4 have revealed that Junior Eurovision Éire 2026 will commence on Sunday 13th September, with the final taking place on Sunday 18th October – a week before the 2026 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Ta’ Qali. A special programme about the winner will be broadcast during the week of the 2026 Junior Eurovision Song Contest itself.

Louise Cantillon will return to present the show, while the results of all rounds will be decided by a jury of two permanent judges and one guest judge. Returning as permanent judges are Cúla4 presenter Niamh Ní Chróinín and RTÉ 2fm presenter Hugh Carr. The first confirmed guest judges are Niamh Kavannagh (ESC 1993 & 2010), Mickey Joe Harte (ESC 2003) and Linda Martin (ESC 1984 & 1992).
