For our Summer 2026 feature series, we are celebrating 25 years of Melodifestivalen on tour. We will take a look at the songs that have progressed direct to the final over the past two and a half decades. Today we are looking at the songs that have progressed from Gothenburg.

2003 – Heat Two

The second heat of 2003 took place at the Scandinavium, in Gothenburg. Fame took first place (125,975 votes), with “Give Me Your Love”, while Sanna Nielsen took second place (79,015 votes), with “Hela världen för mig”.

2004 – Heat Two

The second heat of 2004 took place at the Scandinavium, in Gothenburg. E-Type took first place (92,957 votes), with “Paradise”, while Fame took second place (82,434 votes), with “Vindarna vänder oss”.

2005 – Heat One

The first heat of 2005 took place at the Scandinavium, in Gothenburg. Shirley Clamp took first place (147,498 votes), with “Att älska dig”, while Nordman took second place (85,484 votes), with “Ödet var min väg”.
