RTL, the Luxembourgish national broadcaster, have confirmed their non-participation at the 2026 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Ta’ Qali.

No reasons were given to ESC Spot for the decision made. Last year, RTL Zwee broadcast the Contest live, as they have done since 2024, however it is not known if they will broadcast the Contest again this year.
