🇧🇩 #ASIA26: Bangladesh To Select On August 23rd

NTV, the Bangladeshi national broadcaster, have given the first details of their national selection, for Eurovision Asia 2026, in Bangkok.

While NTV will hold their Grand Final on Sunday 23rd August, applications to represent the nation, have already opened on Sunday 10th May. The main details for the Bangladeshi national selection are:

  • Applications remain open until Wednesday 10th June.
  • The top 12 finalists will be revealed on Sunday 21st June.
  • The top 12 finalists will undergo intensive training throughout July.

The ultimate winner will be determined through a combination of mandatory audience voting and optional professional juries. If juries are used, the final result will be split 50/50 between the jury and the public vote. Viewers will cast their votes on Zoop. They must vote for at least three different songs to prevent fan club advantages. Artists are also strongly advised to work with a label. If artists are not signed, they will be assigned to a label determined by Voxovation.
