We all love our favourite song contest, but a very intrinsic part of some songs is that prop. We all have our favourite props, whether it’s a massive machine from Ukraine, or rings to hang from.

In 2025, today’s birthday Theo Evan (né Evangelos Theodorou) wanted to outdo them all, so he and his five pals muscled up and got some spare pieces of scaffolding lying around, to construct a climbing frame. Then they proceeded to make full use of said climbing frame. Was it off-putting for Ms Keuninckx of Brussels or Mr Sillamaa of Pärnu? Maybe. Well, it finished eleventh, only a mere two points off a Grand Final place. So near, yet so far.
