🇫🇷 #ESC26: France Reveals Their Broadcast Plans

France Télévisions, the French national broadcaster, has revealed their broadcast plans, ahead of the 2026 Eurovision Song Contest, in Vienna.

France Télévisions have revealed that Stéphane Bern and Camille Cerf will commentate for France this year. Stéphane Bern will commentate on the Eurovision Song Contest for a twelfth time, while Camille Cerf will join him for the first time. Stéphane Bern will commentate on the Semi-Finals by himself, with model and presenter Camille Cerf joining him for the final in the Austrian capital.

France Télévisions have also revealed several programmes that will be broadcast alongside the Contest. They are:

  • Sunday 10th May: Les Enfants de la télé (France 2) will have a special Eurovision episode featuring Monroe, Marie Myriam (1977 winner), Elodie Gossuin (spokesperson between 2016 and 2018 and in 2022) and André Manoukian (commentator in 2018, 2019 and 2023).
  • Basique, the musical show of France Télévisions will have a full week of programming related to the contest.
  • Friday 15th May: 20h30, le vendredi (a section of the news) will be dedicated to Eurovision.
  • Friday 15th May: 70 ans d’Eurovision: La grande histoire du concours: A documentary about the 70 years of the contest will be aired on France 3.
  • Saturday 16th May: France 2 will air a show before the Grand Final, relating the story of the contest alongside a focus on the 2026 contest.
